Once an order is placed, processing and preparation begin immediately. For this reason, changes to style, size, or design may not be possible after your order has been confirmed. We kindly ask you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us by email with your order number, current address, and new address. Address changes can only be made before your order has been shipped.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, we will arrange a replacement free of charge. Please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will resolve the matter as quickly as possible. If you are not satisfied with your product, we will also review your case and assist where appropriate. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note that replacements for defective items are only available within 3 months of the original order date. After this period, we are unable to offer replacements.
All selections, including size, color, and product choice, are the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept returns or refunds for orders placed with incorrect selections.
We make every effort to display product images as accurately as possible. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings.
If your order is lost during shipping, we will offer either a replacement or a refund.
Orders may be cancelled within 3 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, cancellation may not be possible as processing will have already begun.
